I was involved in an accident on the 28th Mar. around 24:00 midnight on N1 towards Polokwane, hit by a Taxi from the back. When I call, I was told I can only register a claim on the 2nd April, which I did helped by Precious and she promised that by Thursday I will get feedback on Assessment as the car will still have to be towed from where it was to SMD in PTA (why it was not towed there the day it was removed from the scene? or during that ling weekend? I waited, Thursday, there was no answer as the car has not arrived PTA, I was promised may be Friday, and that I must be patient, But Linda asked for app. with me to finalise the claim, she said she wants to replay the scene, and she will have to go to the scene and "replay" the accident to understand what happened in order to finalise the claim??App. was set for Mon, 8 April 15:30. No Linda showed up, no communication nothing. Outsurence must remember that familywise: we can do with 2 cars not one as currently is our case, as a small business woman, I need my car from point A to B. If this is not an urgent matter they must know it is urgent to me. How long do I have to wait for their nonsense, who cares
