Dial Direct Insurance
Insured for a rental car but cant get one

Im insured with Dial Direct and took the option of having a rental car for 15 days if I ever have an accident. Unfortunately Dial direct does not deal with Avis or Europ car which is situated in Newcastle and the closest car rental they deal with is 180km away in Harismith. This was only mentioned now that I need a car after mine has been in a accident. The gentleman over the phone gave me two options, 1. Go get a kar myself from harrismith or 2. They will pay me out R1992.50 to get a car in newcastle. The lowest price I got from europcar was R3270-00 for the cheapest car they have. This is not exceptable and should have been mentioned to me over the phone.
