I would like to thank the people involved in the Cape Town branch for arranging a baby voucher for me. I was very surprised to see the voucher in the post this weekend and with a hand written note as well. This is the type of service anyone is looking for. People who listen to you when you talk to them and they take notice of the small little things you mention. Then they take the time to write to you a hand written note. It shows me that clients of 1st for Woman are not just another number.
