CBP capitalisation - Absa

My account was debited by Absa for CBP capitalisation 3 times in the same month!! I'm very upset because I was not informed i would be charged for this, i have no idea what it is and why i have to pay for it especially 5 times in one month on the 2nd of April.. I FEEL AS THOUGH IM BEING ROBBED!!! What is this? Any trustworthy banks out there?.Its been two months since I requested for a cheque book and this has not been delivered despite the fact that i have a private banker!!!..No effort has been made to tell me what is going on..Very disappointed in Absa!
