I have just spent an hour being shunted from pillar to post by the call centre. I applied for a personal loan on Saturday via the mobi site. I called to try and find out how to complete my application as I was told that my application was incomplete. An hour of dropped calls, "sorry mam we cant help you" and still no answer. I have never been as disappointed in FNB as I have been today.
