What kind of a is this

My mother _74 yr old pensioner has an account with absa. Purpose was so that her children can deposit her some money but it seema absa has identified better use for it.
1. Her charges are absurd. R400 widrawal costs R11!
2. She gets notify me everyday which costs R7.50 a week. Arent these free?
3. Now she has debit orders that charge twice in 1 day. R200 and R500. this was later deposited into her account but bank charges are not reverswd.

Why didnt you recommend account suited for her needs. And what is being done abt debits.
Is this absa money making from eldery that wont notice? Well it better stop. My mother Is no playing doll.
