Withdrawl without consent

I opened a saving account at nebank PMB Liberty mall after being unemployed for five years to deposit my new salary. The day after my salary was deposited I discovered that R4110.00 was withdrawn from my account and then a week later another R1600.00. I approached the branch and was told that my credit card that I had 5 years ago, which was written off by Nedbank, were now taken out to pay for the debt. I would have made arrangements to pay of this debt in installments now that I am working, however the fact that most of my salary was taken away without my consent makes me want close all ties I have with Nedbank. The consultant from the branch sent a mail to request that the money be returned but I received no feedback thus far.
