SERVICE SUCKED JUST THIS ONE GUY-VERRY RUDE

I called Transunion at Corlett Drive illovo on a friday at 16H16, a guy by the name of Arold or Harold answered the phone, he sounded very proffessional at first but as the conversation carried on from the word go he became very rude. i asked if i could give him my ID number he says "For What"i mean Hallo! i explained to him with reagrds to my situation he then said if you want excess your credit score go online there will be a charge of R40. Ok i asked why are you charging me because last time i checked Transunion billed me a fee for the whole year, he then shouts in my ear " its a new fee!!! ( with such a stinking tone of voice) as if im deaf or he has been repeating himself over & over again. i undersatnd its a friday and we all want to go home early but Transunion is such a huge company and their staff must be up to standard especially tone wise. i really hate his attitude and lost interest on his assistance, i suggest he changes his attitude before its too late.
