Ryan Bartlett- opened an account 3years ago- it is for a cell phone account, he never got the opportunity to up grade- or change the type of CELL PHONE account- we decided to send letters to cancel the contract, because of no service from blue financial services - so we did send the letters, and they kept on telling him to still pay, and even though he doesnt get any money on his phone, we forwarded letters to everyone in the dept, luckly we received a letter back, saying the account has been close, and paid in full- ( by now there is no network on the cell phone, ) but they phoned us again saying we must still pay R600 > we sit with the letters to confirm everything is canceled and paid in full.
WE WANT TO KNOW WHY WE MUST STILL PAY R600???
NOW A DAYS THEY BLACKLIST YOU FOR ALL SORTS OF NONSENS, I WE ARE NOT GONNA LET THIS HAPPEN TO US.
