Account paid-up, but card copied now bad credit re

I was called in march by RCS saying that my account is overdue, yet the account was paid up and asked to be closed. In march RCS called me telling me I owe them over R500 in late instalments since Jan of this year. I reported to them that must have been committed, as my card was cut up in December ensuring the magstrip was destroyed. I'm now registered on ITC and cannot get my home loan passed. I left a message with a lady for Raymond Classen to call me regarding the matter but no return call. I have also gone to one of the stores where was committed and asked for a copy of the signed receipt, but the signature doesn't match mine - as suspected.

I have attached this in an email with an affidavit to them with a copy of my ID.yet no reply!!!

I want my name cleared!!!
