MISSING PAYMENTS BECAUSE OF POOR WEBSITE

I really like being at FNB. BUT what I do not like being at FNB is their website!! It is constantly having troubles. Once again today I couldn't make payments because once they send the one time pin, the submit button does not appear! And it is not my pc... it does exactly the same on my wife's and my friends laptops! It is soooo frustrating, it makes me make late payments!
