Give my wife a courtesy car. Upon asking Joe can you assist my wife in the rain, why do you not go and fetch her was the reply! How is that for service your live next to the road is not important. My wife got her CEO'scar for now the second day. Today 04 April 2013 they took the car and could not find the problem, the whole day, no qualified personnel to sort out the problem. This was the worst service experience ever, hopefully there will be a reply! Customer service what a swear word!
