BEEN HANDED OVER AND LISTED ON TRANSUNION FOR WHAT

I've made a purchase on the 3rd of March 2013 on my RCS card, when I phoned to find out what my installment is I discovered that my account has been handed over to attorneys. I then asked the person what have I been handed over for and how much??? This person was unable to tell me, I've made numerous phone calls to RCS and the guy I spoke to said he would sort things out and I was assured that it would not affect my credit record. Today I did a credit check on myself and find that I have "defaulted" a payment of R392. I dont understand how I could have defaulted if my first purchase after almost a year wasnt even due for payment YET!!! My first payment would have been due 1 April 2013 which I have done!!! And the credit check says that I was due for payment February 2012

From day one I have had problems with RCS from experiencing on my account last year to now be handed over for non payment. What makes me extremely angry is that I THE CUSTOMER have to keep phoning RCS to get things sorted out, nobody EVER gets back to me about anything!!! Not once did anyone at RCS even apologize for the convenience. I WANT MY NAME REMOVED FROM TRANSUNION IMMEDIATELY!!!
