I bought a second vehicle and needed insurance on it. After finance was arranged all broke loose with all possible insurance companies calling to "help". One even send me a sms requesting me to call them!!

Trevor (0860 109190) from Budget insurance took down my details and information and presented me with a quotation. He was the most friendly consultant I have spoken to in years! Every time when he promised to call back to get feedback on quotations from other and my current insurance company he called back on the exact time as promised.

Not one minute earlier or later. My current insurer could not match his offer and did not even bother to call me back to tell me this after the consultant promised she will cal[ back in 10 minutes with a further discount. Why not give me a better deal from start but try and rip me off on the first quotation?

Trevor did not bend backwards in his service, apologies for the pun :-), he was not even sitting down!!

He is an outstanding example of service excellence!!
