Manipulated affordability and Reckless lending

This is the second time i'm posting this copmlaint and no one from Capitec has made direct contact with me, this bank does not take clients seriously:
I took a loan at Capitec Midrand and it has now come to my attention that my financial information om the contract does not come close to the information I provided to Capitec. The House hold income and the Household disposable income are more than my monthly income as per the payslips provided to capitecm the consultant doubled the income just to make a big sale out of me.By doing this capitec has overindebted me and I can no longer meet my monthly financial commitment as I have to pay more than R3000 instalment to capitec and I still have other monthly expenses to fulfill.

If Capitec do not reduce the intrest on this loan I will have to refer the matter to the NCR for Reckless lending. I want capitec to reschedule the account and do recalculations to reduce interest and decrease my instalment as I can't afford anymore. For the record I have never missed a payment on this loan, all I ask is a reduced interest and a reduced instalment so I can live my life.
