CBP capitilization!!!

Would you like to explain the CBP capitilization fee of total R231?? I did not agree to this deduction and it is also not the first time that ABSA has made an unauthorised deduction from me.

I am sick and tired of having to ask. Maybe it is time to change to another bank.
