UNAUTHORISED DEDUCTION FROM MY ACCOUNT BY ABSA

For the past few months I've had debit orders going through on my account with the description SL-Debits Real Futur for the amount of R119. I've tried repeatedly to contact ABSA at 0860007070 and have never been answered or been cut off.
I am not an ABSA client, so I don't understand this deduction!
