Scorpion call center and its stuff are incompetent

I have been trying to get them to claim money that's owed to me from the people who sold me a stand for the past 2 months and every time i call their contact center i'm told stories. last week i spoke to their manager and he told me that he will look at my case and he will get back to me and since then i haven't heard from them.

the service that i have received from them is very bad and i regret ever joining them
