Second HelloPeter complaint about same problem I have to say after being extremely patient with FNB Home Loans and listening to Marlin Pillay promising to come back asap, I am utterly disgusted that I have heard nothing. Why does this division of FNB stink in terms of their service levels. Keep your non existent quote. I dont need it. Why would I want a bond with you when you have no concept of what customer service means. I might be dodging a bullet here because I can already see that bad service levels are a norm here. FNB should close their Home Loans section as no one there are doing their jobs. Something as simple as a quote, you guys cant even get that right. Just dont bother to contact me about this because you are useless.
