Addindig an additional R220 when i have made arran

I paid R573 and still being charged R220 i called and was told i should call and speak to an agent, of which i did she was not much of use as she said their systems have been down from 11am and can not call me back when they are up or even say when they'll be up!!! over and above the payment i made when the initial balance on this card was R558 i am still being sms"sed.
