My instalment suddenly went up, when i called to enquire on it, the 0860669669 number takes forever to be answered, after 15 mins of waiting, i was transferred from one consultant to the next as nobody could trace where the increment came from. then after 30 mins of waiting my call was cut off (just like that). I called back again, and had to endure another 15 mins of that crazy song they play while i wait for the consultant to pick my call
