ABSA Journal Debit complaint

Upon looking at my transaction history of my Absa savings account, I spotted a transaction called a Journal Debit on 11 March 2013, where an amount of R2262.20 was deducted from my account. I have no idea what this transaction was for and certainly did not give any authorisation for the transaction. I am sure that this must be a mistake. What can I do to find out more and if it is in fact a mistake, how do I get my money back?
