Money taken from my acc

The vehicle financing department took r6000 from my account without my permission without any prior notifications via a journal transaction aparently for car payments which I was totally un aware off. This happened on the 31st Aug and two days later I was sent a notification informing me about the transaction which means thatthey do have my contact details. Strange that I was not informed about the arears before then. My money is ddefinitely not safe with them. Shame on u absa.
