Outsurance outweighed by the extra mile!

I am not even sure if it is necessary to give any background, the principle remains the same. I called Outsurance customer service to add another vehicle on to my current installment of already R1025, after finishing the quote it suddenly shot up to R2764 and cents, Ridiculous - I then asked to have it revised and it came down to R2515.Still ridiculous! I called Miway who gave me a quote for the very same product on both vehicles and home content at R1367. Now that is more like it. In this current difficult times the small oke needs a break to get through. My wife and I have been loyal clients of Outsurance for over 6 years and this is how Outsurance treats loyalty! Its a shame to know that even as an individual do not recognise your needs or desires! Outsurance claims to bend backwards but its only a cheap publicity stunt followed by regrets after regrets. Apparently Outsurance now owes me R400.00 as Miway is much cheaper. To add too this when I spoke to consultant I requested leave of time to discuss it with my wife, and no funny business but that afternoon R764 was taken from my account -pro rata? - leaving me and my family R800 less on our already tight budget! It's a shame!
