Still getting SMS after account closed months ago!

I closed my Absa account after a terrible experience with their inability to serve customers. but after closing the account and calling the call center several times to cancel the SMS i get in the morning with my account balance, i still get it. no wonder people are leaving this bank, they cant even get such a small thing right!
