No one will reply to my email

I live in a country area where cell phone reception is terrible. I wanted to inquire about increasing my credit limit on my existing ABSA credit card. I emailed to inquire about this using the contact details given on the ABSA website more than a week ago. No-one has gotten back to me. Not very impressed. Clearly no-one at ABSA considers reading emails important.
