Platinum Life
Gift not delivered

Nearly a year ago i got a phone call from a lady at Platinum Life telling me that I had won a prize. I gave her my details and she said that my gift should arrive at my house in the next 6 weeks. I have been waiting ever since. My uncle, Ralph Pike, entered me into the competition and was disgusted to hear that i did not receive it as his friends had received theirs.
My uncle has constantly been reporting in to Platinum Life but nothing has happened.
I just don't think it is right that you tell someone they have won a prize but don't deliver on their promises. I suppose what they have done to me is what they probably do to their clients. Frustrated!!!
(P.S. Not sure about the exact date of the incident so i just put a date roughly around that time it occurred)
