No delivery of services by their agents

I would like to request nedbank to look at their agent coombe and associates now is called flemix, this company is not delivering the servrices as required by their principal which is nedbank. i want to pay back the money that i owe nedbank ut unfortunately i caanot get the settlement amount from coombe and associates its been more than a month now i want to be debt free but im hold back by some company

can nedbank take it upon themselves to assist me, im tired of caling coombe and associates
