I signed up with Hollard iinsurance for a motor extender policy. I had a query re the policy, which I directed at Shiraz, as i was told in the initial telephone call by Shiraz, that he will deal with my claims, queries, etc.

I sent my first email the 13th of December, second the 18th of December, the third the 31st of December and the fourth today the 15th of January. I have also left two messages for him to contact me.

I find this service horrendous and pathetic!!! They quick to sell a product, yet when you need assistance they are nowhere to be found. I would like to cancel this policy asap, coz I don't want to know what will happen at claim stage!!!

I will advise all the people I know to refrain from making use of your non existent service!!!
