Not following the agreement of service

Hi, I received and sms for an credit increase on my credit card. I responded as per instructions and received a call on the following day to increase my limit. The limit increase were suppose to reflect in my account within 4 working days. almost a week later and nothing has happened.

I phone the service desk and they couldn't even assist nor could they provide anyone else who could assist.
A call was logged and now I have to wait another 4 working days for assistance.

My concern are, that the same thing happened with my bond last year, which turned out to be a complete nightmare, as something which were suppose to take 2 weeks took almost 3 months
