FNB Took my wife's money without permission

My wife has been retrenched for 6 months already and I have been supporting her with my salary. I pay her R10000 to pay for the medical aid and school fees. FNB decided to transfer R6000 without any permission to her credit card - they say they cannot do anything to change it??? How can you just take money out of your fluid account? totally un-ethical - I've been with them for 8 years - this is the worst service ever. FNB - How can we help you? more like how can we you?
I have both cars, my house, etc with them - they won't budge
Totally dissappointed!! I'm moving banks immediately unless something get's done - How must we live for the rest of the month? Life is hard and expensive, banks are meant to help people not make your life miserable.
