Bank Charges an FNB- It's a total Rip Off

How the does FNB justify their Bank Charges, I was charged yesterday a total of R527.45 of my last money as I'm waiting for pay day, it's pathetic, can anyone advise me of a bank that doesn't blood like this out of their clients, I seriously don't care what their explanation can be, it's absolutely rediculous, how the can a bank advise it's clients to withdraw money from supermarkets instead of their own atm's, because we will save money in that way.
