NO SERVICE!

Im currently busy with my 3rd party claim. I already took my car in for an assessment on 28 Feb 2013. So its already been 15 working days. Everytime I try to phone Tshepo his line is busy, I keep leaving messages but he just isnt getting back to me. I need my CAR FIXED asap... Next week I am on leave and then I want it done... Can somebody just get back to me concerning this matter! or why isnt there anybody else who can help me?
