One year later and still no pay out!

I refer to the above matter and to numerous phone calls between myself and Jocelyn Sadan as well as Tracy Lee Morgan.

First of all I would like to let you know how utterly disappointed and disgusted I am regarding the manner in which this matter have been handled.
I have been liaising with the claims department for more than a year now without any proper feedback and answers having provided. During the course of 2012, I had to drive all the way from Bloemfontein to your Johannesburg offices in order to try and resolve this claim and was informed it will be finalized in a matter of weeks. To date this matter has not been resolved.

Thirdly, I have done everything that was asked of me, including but not limited to follow ups as well as making sure that the hospital records were delivered to yourselves as per your request, but only to find out that the records were returned back due to non collection from your side.

For the first time this year I was informed by Tracy Lee, that my late husband had high blood pressure and "they" found out that my husband has furthermore taken two high blood pressure tablets instead of 1 and therefor they wont pay.
