Why is it so hard to get the right statement?

I have been asking TopTV / Starsat for a statement since June 2013. For seven months I have been expected to pay, but I have no idea how much I have to pay as some months my subscription was switched of for days due to payment not reflecting (I would send them the payment and they would reactivate again). Because of this I was always guaranteed that I would be charged pro-rata but I would never know how much I must pay because they did not send me any invoice or statement.

After many phone calls they finally sent me a statement via email this morning, but it has not got my address on. I phoned the call centre and they politely said that they cannot add address details onto their statements. I need my address on my statement.

You cannot speak directly to the accounts department, so I cannot ask them to add my address.

I AM SOOOO FRUSTRATED!
