I am very disapointed with service Im receiving at Silverstar Autobody, My car has now I month, 3 weeks at ther care but noyhing has being done yet. Their story changes every time, I checked the progress of my car repairs
They promise continuos process of the car repairs sms to not avail My insurer approved repairs on the 14 February, when phone them this is how their statement changes every Tuesday 5th March, awaiting parts from supplier, 12th cars on repair department.19th car awaiting parts from supplier, 26 car in repair department, I went there this morning, my car is nt at repairment process, just parked at their premise, when I request the progress of the car they are very rude and very defensive to the client. I am employed because of that car. My boss gave me time frame of 3 months.from the date of accident 20 January to sort my car. I am forced to take unpaid leave due to my unreliable transport. I used my car to do things in time at my post
