I just need my car fixed

I was involved in an accident on the 16th of March 2013 and the policy holder from Innovation group was at fault and even admitted guilt, i tried to make a follow up on how the third party claim procedure was going to be handled and i was tossed from office to office with no clear feedback until someone just hinted to me a list of documents i was required to send for my claim to be processed, i did all this and e-mailed the documents and still there is no feedback and frankly this is an convince to me i didn't ask your client to bump into me and now i am made to suffer. I needed my car to be fixed before the Easter holiday and i honestly don't see that happened, this a very sad situation its pathetic to say the least
