I have had a debit order running against my bank account for years thinking it was a policy taken out by my company for group life cover. I have no idea who Ametlife is as I have never received any correspondence for what now seems like a funeral policy. I would like to get proof for this authorisation as well as some correspondence. The amount is R107.20pm with reference 00015523620 OOGPPRM.
