I had car accident i took my car to be repaired, my insurance told me that the are still investigationn the panelbeater i ve took my car to, which i feel very strange because if the something with that p/b the should told me that i must take some where else, which until today the did not give me the alternative now is about three weeksand no one call me to let me know the progress until i phoned them, real this is frastration with this insurance, i dont what to caught in the middle between the two, now i up and down with the police, which i dont know whats happening i m paying them to give me a good service not this thing, tell me where must i take my car while you busy with your issues, let not the clients fight your fight, and i ve requested the director no she has not given me until today, please be careful with the insurance you are using but this one is bad i m sure if is staff or is policy for the company, i will not suggest any one to go there
