I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A RESPONSE FROM FNB ON FUNDS FOR A TRANSACTION THAT WAS NOT PROCESSED A MONTH AGO. IN SENDING FOLLOW UP E-MAILS OVER THE PAST FEW WEEKS I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED REPLIES STATING THAT I WILL RECEIVE A RESPONSE IN 48 HOURS. PLEASE TELL ME HOW 48 HOURS HAS LEAD TO OVER TWO WEEKS! I WOULD LIKE MY FUNDS TO BE CLEARED AND ACTUALLY WOULD APPRECIATE SOME CLARITY AS TO WHY FNB, WHO CLAIM TO OFFER THE BEST SERVICE, HAS ONLY JUST OFFERED APPALLING SERVICE
