Unfair treatment, bad Service

On the 5th of March 2013 i have logged a claim with Tarryn Adams. On the 15th i called again and she said i must deposit R300.00 and R500.00. then she said i must send her proof of deposit in which R500.00 will be refunded to my account and i will receive R500.00 back into my acc. Till today i havent received a single call from finrite. i have made countless calls to finrite Jonathan and the 15th also i sent him an e-mail for deposit but he never updated me. On the 19th i called again and discuss with Buhle Zondi and i am still waiting for her just to update me.
Its sad that we contribute our premiums fairly but the service we receive is completely bad. its empty promises and . i am still waiting for the phone and my refund.
