When I lodged the complaint I was not expecting miracles merely wanting service of which I am paying for. I spoke to you on the 20/03 and you promised a free 2nd tow and were to get 1st Road's manager/procument manager to call me to arrange this, thursday came and passed and I had no call from anyone to arrange for my car to be towed. I called on Friday 22/03 and your number rang with no response. Surely on Wed when you spoke to me you knew you would be on leave. I called again the call-centre and was transfered from pillar to post, was kept on hold and spoke to consultats that don't know what is going on there. No arrangement was made by yourself regarding our conversation. Your role is to mend relationship but that's not what you did now. I don't understand how you guys operate there honestly. I got tired of calling rude, abrupt and dump consultant so I arranged for my broto come tow the car, whereas I have cover that covers this. Tell me why I have insurance if I am going to be struggling like this to get service? As I mentioned to you at our initial conversation I have always had a beautiful relationship with Budget but now feel like I am insured with a mickey mouse company. DISAPPOINTED
