Thankyou for restoring my faith in your industry

To often only "bad" service is advertised or we bad mouth an industry, well let us thank you guys at MiWay for an awesome experience and restoring our faith in "people", particularly you Madeleine
Having been burgled we were naturally angry and saddened by the loss of some very personal stuff, not the so much the Laptops but rather the files and precious pics and videos that are lost... disrespected by some thug or other.. Then we receive a phone call, from MiWay, and an appointment is made to come and discuss the claim.
Well I immediately think "they" want to see where they can point out and refer us to the "small print" and thus reduce their pay-out. Well not so, sure the premise was "inspected" but instead of a bunch of negative comments Madeleine simply advised us on where and what else we can do to protect ourselves. She then did the "paper work" and by the time she left we knew that we would be treated fairly. Again I underestimated MiWay because both the laptops were replaced with proper and very decent machines, in a very short time..., actually it was late on a Friday after I had given up on receiving the laptops before the week-end.
