In late December 2013 I had a really bad experience with Miway in terms of delivery and turn around times and was ready to call it a day with them. In fact my initial mails of complaint went unnoticed. Then I was put in touch with Ms Riette Steyn and she really turned the situation around. She didnt make any excuses - she simply got on with what needed to be done (this included several phone calls to the actual service provider). She called me a dozen times a day with feedback, she called me to see if the problem had been fixed, she empathised, she took the matter on as if it were her own. In short ---- she personified customer service. Riette is an asset not only to Miway but to the short term insurance industry as a whole. Excellent work, Riette - you have restored my faith in customer service.
