I am currently under debt review and in 2011 my one credit card had been paid up, now I have been trying for months to get the credit card closed and receive a paid up letter as well as the money that has been paid to the account since it has been paid up, which was also verified by one of the absa agents the first few times I called, as well as the debt review company has also tried. Myself and the debt review company has been passed from one department to the next and back again and we were requested to send through my banking details to do the refund of the over payment only now both of us have been informed there is no over payment. Finally I spoke to an agent who has logged the request for closure and paid up letter and I requested the voice logs related to this account, which he advised my he would need to request from his supervisor, now today I find out from another agent that they don't request voice logs, then I spoke to a supervisor who promised to get back to me before the close o business today and guess what to no big surprise i have received no feedback.

This company has taken us for such a ride, both myself and my husband. I will now have to take this to the NCR.
