Over a week to fix and replace minor things!!!

My goodness, what poor service. I will be informing the ATKV not to advertise your insurance services through their website in future at all. Hannes never phones back when you leave a message, half baked messages are left on the "system" and people that promise to phone back never do. All in all over a week to replace 2 switches and an ADSL router and fix a computer. What a disgusting joke.
