Today I called the road side assistance because I could not change a tyre in my car due to nuts being locked, the lady who was assisting me other than seeming being disinterested could not help me because she first mentioned a wrong car and I insisted that I dont own such car, she then asked me for a registration and eventually she found the cars. Mind you I am in the Eastern Cape in the middle of nowhere, my phone was disconnected due to network problems, I expected her to call me back since she was already in my profile and guess what she did not. But before I was disconnected she said they cant help but let me hold so that she can ask if they are able to unlock nuts. Thats great especially when I pay every month R3953.19 but I am not worried as soon as I get to Gauteng I am changing my insurance and I will tell anyone who is willing to listen how ridiculous is the service I received when I needed the insurance to assist me. First for Women, train your call center agents, been a loyal customer for 5 years and this is how I get treated, I am angry and dissapointed. STILL WAITING and trying to call again and again and again and in tears!!!
