I had two loans with SAML which I settled and reopened and then I was unable to pay.
So I was contacted by a company called Brian Blignaut that made an arrangement with me to settle the smaller amount which I did.

Then I was left with one loan. I am surprised to find out that SAML calls me to say there was no arrangement made and that I still have both loans open and the amounts are higher now. I have been speaking to people from vertex who never came back to me. The last person I spoke to at this company was Pertunia K, whose email address is: [Email Removed] I emailed her the proof of payments, she never came back to me as well. The only thing I keep receiving is an sms stating that they are trying to contact me but they have never tried to call me. They have both my numbers. I feel like I have been conned here, I am going to pay until I die for debt I should have finished a lo time ago and my credit profile is also a mess. I was also followed by a company called Coombe & Associates claiming they are collecting for SAML.
Another person emailed was a team leader called Lucy M with am email address [Email Removed] she asked me to send her my details.
