I have a loan with SA multi loan and then went to see a debt counsellor who assisted me and sent SAmultiloans the required documentation and has been paying them the required amount for more than a year now. All of a sudden without any phone calls i get contacted by an agent that wants to come to my work for me to sign documents. When i explain to the agent that payments have been made the agent says that it has not and want to get a garnishing order. I have contacted my debt counsellor to attend to the matter further however when i contact the attornies coombe/flemix they advised me that this is a new case. So i fail to understand why after receiving payments they would proceed to go this route. I then went onto the internet and found a few articles relating to allegations of garnishee malpractice found a huge amount of complaints and fail to understand why samultiloans will still associate themselves with a company of this nature.
