Same problem different day

I am really getting tired of FNB!!! i always have to complain about my cards everytime i order something! The last time i had to complain about my credit card and then after complaining they delivered now since October i have been waiting for a Gold cheque card but no nothing at all, i have been having people calling me and telling me it will be delivered it will be delivered but NOTHING. How many times must i call or ask to be called back with regards to this? you FNB even Nedback and Capitec are better, i hate you guys because its always my airtime that finishes and still you people dont help me! this bank is useless and treats loyal customers like . you can go and eat that card nx il just go with a better bank who actually DELIVERS!!! #disgusted#
